Yes, most of our programs and courses are available online via Zoom video conferencing. You’ll receive a link and you can join from the privacy and comfort of your own home, work or office.
No, our programs and courses are NOT therapy, although some say the programs feel very therapeutic and beneficial in nature.
Essentially, you just need internet access, a camera, microphone and speaker. Most modern smartphones, tablets and laptops have these built-in as standard.
Smartphones are okay, but a desktop PC, laptop or tablet are better, with their larger screens for easier viewing.
If you’re using a desktop PC that doesn’t have a built-in camera, a simple USB camera/mic is very easy to install. At the time of writing, we recommend the Logitech C922 Webcam. Just plug it into a USB port and you’re ready to go!
